4.Emery Stone has been fitted on the machine for sharpening of the moving blade which gets activated at the press of a button.

THE FEATURES IT INCLUDES ARE :
A Unique feature is the Base-Plate that can be lowered and raised to decrease or increase the pressure.

The pressure System applies vertical pressure on materials and make the bond

between the lining and the fabric so tight that formation of bubbles during fusing is completely eliminated.

Has in-built Thermostat , a Light Indicator and a Timer of 0-60 Sec with earthing for safety.

A fuse has been provided to protect circuitry. And buzzer / light to indicate the Fusing completion.

The 81-11, 81-3 & 81-6 models are of the 2/3-Thread type machines with a speed of 3300 stitches per minute for trimming and over edging Handkerchief/ Hosiery/Ready-mades and Knitwear goods. The 86-4 machine of 2 Needle: 4-Thread is also available on the Heavy Duty type, with a speed of 3200 stitches per minute. For seaming heavy-knit material, as also joining sleeves in hosiery sweaters. Used by military-jersey manufacturers.

The 82-24 Model is for light carpet over-seaming.

The 83-24 Model is a heavy duty 3-Thread wide stitch overlock for heavy material like Jeans etc.
